What is Covered by This Limited Warranty?
TiresDash (“Company”) provides this Limited Warranty to certify that any mobile tire services purchased and completed through our team (the “Services”) will be free from defects in the materials we supply and the workmanship performed by our technicians.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It covers only Services scheduled directly with TiresDash and performed by authorized technicians. We disclaim liability for incidental or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.
The maximum coverage under this warranty shall not exceed the amount paid for the original covered service.
How Long Does This Limited Warranty Last?
All tires provided by TiresDash come with a standard manufacturer warranty, which varies by brand and model. These warranties typically cover defects in workmanship and materials, not damage from road hazards, improper inflation, or wear from alignment issues.
If you want extended protection beyond the manufacturer coverage, TiresDash offers optional Tire Warranty Certificates that provide additional peace of mind. These certificates:
- Are available for purchase at the time of installation
- Cover select road hazard damage and labor on eligible claims
- Vary in price based on tire type and quantity
- Can extend protection for up to 6 months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first

What Will TiresDash Do if There’s a Problem?
If any issue arises due to our materials or workmanship, TiresDash will:
- Dispatch a technician (at no charge) to inspect and correct the defect, or
- Refund the cost of the original service (excluding promotions or discounts)
You must contact us at warranty@TiresDash.com first before attempting repairs elsewhere. Unauthorized repairs void this warranty.
What is Not Covered by This Limited Warranty?
This Limited Warranty does not apply to:
- Services not booked directly through TiresDash
- Customer-supplied tires or parts that are defective, damaged, or incompatible
- Damage due to road hazards (e.g., nails, potholes), accidents, curb impacts, or misuse
- Commercial vehicles including fleet, rideshare, and delivery cars
- Pre-existing damage, alignment issues, or worn suspension components
- Wheel or tire issues resulting from improper storage, overloading, or underinflation
- Consequential damage resulting from unrelated mechanical failures
When is This Limited Warranty Void?
Your warranty will be voided if:
- You attempt repairs before giving us an opportunity to inspect and resolve the issue
- Non-authorized parts are used or modifications are made after service
- Improper installation practices or part usage outside OEM specifications are found
- The service location is outside our operating area at the time of the claim
If a service call is made under this Limited Warranty and no defect is found, a diagnostic fee equal to one hour of labor may apply.
How to File a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Email us at Warranty@TiresDash.com
- Include your full name, phone number, service address, vehicle details, and description of the issue
- Claims must be filed within the applicable warranty period and the vehicle must be located within our Palm Beach County service area
We’ll schedule a technician to inspect the problem and, if eligible, provide corrective service or replacement at no charge.
